  4. WHEREAS, on January 3, 1994, I, Polly Simon, executed my last will
  5. and testament,  and; 
  6.  
  7. WHEREAS, I designated Terence Stamp to act as the executor of the
  8. estate,  and,  
  9.  
  10. WHEREAS , I desire to change the executor; 
  11.  
  12. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of
  13. January 3, 1994:

  15. I reaffirm all parts and exhibits of said will, except that, I: 
  16.  
  17. Designate Donna Walker to act as the executor of my estate, and if
  18. Donna Walker  is unable to serve, I designate Randy Redwood to act
  19. in the place of Donna Walker.  My executor shall serve without
  20. bond.
